Rapid Fire
Ten padel positions, eight seconds each. No time to think it through, which is the point. On court you have half a second; here you get eight, and a score at the end you can send to your partner.
Why fast matters
Most padel decisions are made before the ball has crossed the net: bandeja or smash, take it before the glass or after, lob or drive, mine or yours. Players who know the right answer but need three seconds to find it are the ones who look slow on court. Rapid Fire drills the recognition. Play it with everything mixed, or narrow it to the rules so you never lose another argument at the club, or to defence so the walls stop surprising you.
